Working with CLD Consulting Engineers, Inc., Civil Design Engineering Consultants, LLC and Exeter’s Historic Downtown Committee, Woodburn and Company developed the preferred concept from Phase 2 for the restoration and improvement of Exeter’s streets, sidewalks and landscape. The phased plan for the center of town begins construction with the central portion of town redeveloped with no change to the existing traffic pattern, additional greenspace at the historic bandstand, brick paved sidewalks, historic lighting, new street trees and a clear separation between pedestrian and automobile spaces.
